Summer is right around the corner and we want to make sure you are looking and feeling your best. For the month of May, our focus is on physical and mental strength. Pain can stop any athlete in their tracks. That's why every exercise we do can be tailored for chronic injuries such as knee and shoulder pain, plus our trainers will teach you training techniques to prevent injuries from getting worse. All month long we will be ending our training sessions with 5 minutes of stretching and meditation. See you in class!
